Fruit Smoothie Popsicles

Indulge in these all natural popsicles on a hot summer day. These treats are packed full of vitamins, antioxidants and flavor.


  • 400 ml fresh raw coconut milk (or 1 can of store-bought) 
  • 1/4 cup raw cane sugar 
  • 1 cup chopped raspberries, strawberries or blueberries or mix
  • 6 popsicle sticks and molds


Fill popsicle molds half full with fruit. Blend the coconut milk and sweetener until smooth. Pour over fruit in popsicle molds until full. Place popsicle sticks in center. Freeze overnight or until frozen solid. Enjoy.
