This summer I found myself in my parent’s kitchen tossing every processed piece of food in a desperate hope to radically change their health. 3 months later and a collective 80 lbs lost, I started this blog to help anyone who needs a health makeover but doesn’t know where to start.
It’s not a fad. All it took was them eating fresh or as some call it “clean”, unprocessed food and the weight literally melted off. They each lost 40 lbs in 3 months and it couldn’t have been easier. All they did was cut out the processed foods. Yep, no sugars, no sodium, no boxed or prepackaged crap. Fresh fruit, veggies, lean meats, nuts, beans and whole grains. The best part is, they love the meals they eat and never feel hungry.
This blog is dedicated to sharing easy to make, simple healthy meals. Under the monthly menu (can’t be seen from a phone right now – working on it) is a calendar of dinner menu ideas for the entire 2013 year (advanced calendar to January). I encourage you to try them, share with your friends and comment on what you like and didn’t like or modifications you made.
Eating fresh, unprocessed foods will literally change your life. You’ll drop weight, you’ll gain energy and most importantly you’ll give your body a break.
